My experience at The Smile Gallery was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t have asked for more! The first day I set foot in The Smile Gallery I was amazed by how friendly and welcoming they were. From that day I knew I definitely wanted to have my treatment there. They have continued their professionalism from start to finish while still being friendly and bubbly which is a great mix I think. The treatment I had was Invisalign for 14 weeks which was to close a gap in between my 2 front teeth which has worked brilliantly and was absolutely pain free. I then had 4 composite veneers to the front 4 teeth to make them all the same length which I am absolutely over the moon with!! There were no hidden costs involved and I was supplied with a payment plan prior to the treatment starting. I would highly recommend The Smile Gallery to anyone that wants to achieve a great smile. They really are a lovely group of people!! A big thanks to Aak and all The Smile Gallery team. 10/10.
I’ve been attending The Smile Gallery since September 2021 when I first started my Invisalign journey, it’s now come to an end and I am so happy with the end result and not to mention the service from The Smile Gallery team. Dr Rasneet has been my dentist, and she has been amazing!! I actually got a little emotional coming to the end of my journey, over the years my dentist experience has not been great, which has lead to me feeling quite anxious to go. Rasneet has changed my view on that, and has not only given me confidence with my smile but confidence again in going to the dentist. Rasneet and the rest of the team have always been so welcoming, inviting and friendly! They also got me a lovely card and bottle of Prosecco when they found out I got engaged! It’s going to be strange not popping in every few weeks for a check up on my Invisalign progress, but it’s safe to say I will definitely be returning! Thank you Rasneet and The Smile Gallery team! I had been told by a previous dentist years ago that my teeth were too crooked for Invisalign and so I put off getting my teeth straightened for years. However during lockdown I decided to look into it again because I hated seeing my face on Zoom. I felt very ashamed of my severely crooked teeth and nervous about making contact with an orthodontist. However when I contacted Rahul he was really reassuring and so helpful. Even though the practice was closed, I sent him photos and he reassured me that although they were complicated teeth he was confident he could help. As soon as lockdown lifted I was scanned, given a treatment plan, taken through finance options and started on my Invisalign journey. I’ve had amazing service all the way through my treatment, any problems that occurred were resolved with zero fuss… and today I finished my treatment! I am so happy with my amazingly straight teeth! I am so happy with my results at the smile gallery. My teeth were extremely crooked and out of place, I didn’t think it was possible to get the kind of results I’m seeing. Years ago I was told by a dentist I would need train tracks for at least 2 years and multiple teeth to be removed. With Aak and Rahul at the smile gallery I’ve been able to get this achieved with Invisalign clear braces in just under 1 year with no extractions. I’m amazed with the change in my smile and the results. The whole team are so friendly and have put me at ease throughout my Invisalign journey, the full process was explained in detail from start to finish. They have the best high tech equipment and really know their stuff. Would definitely recommend the smile gallery.
I have had Rahul for a dentist for around 3 years. And it is in this time i have come to really appreciate my teeth and take good care of them. Rahul is very professional and really has a passion for what he does. I have had quite a lot of work done to my teeth to include the six month smile brace (which straightened my teeth in 5 months) and a veneer specially made to fit my front tooth. I have never had such a nice veneer. Going privately to someone who cares about the end result of your smile makes me feel very confident under his care. Everyone at the practice the whole team are very welcoming and it is a very lovely environment.
I came to this dental practice to have 2 Cerec crowns and am very pleased with the treatment I’ve received. From my first visit I have been made to feel welcome by all the very friendly staff. The practice has a very relaxed atmosphere, Rahul and Marie always ensured that I was comfortable and catered for, even when I was sitting in the waiting room whilst my crowns were being made. I even got to see one of my crowns being milled in the machine before it was fitted. Rahul and Marie really make you feel relaxed and at ease, I felt as if I had known them for ages- I don’t remember ever laughing and having a bit of a joke whilst siting in a dentist chair before!!

Before using this dentist I had a dental phobia so bad I hadn’t visited a dentist in many years. all the staff here are very kind and sensitive to my phobia, and with their help I now have my fears under control and have finally managed to get my teeth in order. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. if you have a dental phobia then definitely choose the smile gallery, they will go out of their way to ensure you get the best treatment and will take things at your own pace
I went to this clinic because I need a second opinion for my tooth and denture problem.The reception was very relaxing,and the staff are very welcoming and make you feel at east. Rahul the dentist who saw me answered all the questions that I wasn’t sure before and gave me more advise as well as explaining the problem that I have and making me understand,now I’m happy and sure what to do.
Before I wasn’t happy to go visit the dentist but now after visiting this clinic I would be happy to book an appointment with them rather than waiting for my problem to get worse which I would do in the past.

Before coming to The Smile Gallery, we were not happy with the service we had received at the previous surgery. When we joined we were both apprehensive, however we were made to feel at ease by the staff and every step of our treatment explained and documented. We both know that this is the sort of practice where you can be certain that no work is carried out that isn’t necessary or that they would be willing to put themselves through personally.
I have have been seen on a couple of occasions as an emergency, the care at the time of the appointment and the after care is unlike no other, with just one call to see how you are the day after by the staff, you are made to feel like you are the only one patient they deal with.

As soon as I walked through the door I noticed the welcoming atmosphere at The Smile Gallery Practice. Everyone, from the friendly receptionist who puts you at your ease, to the caring dentists and hygienist, works together to make sure you get the best possible outcome from your treatment. Although I am an older person,, with many fillings, I was never made to feel that my teeth were not worth saving.
I was given a treatment plan with a diagram of my mouth and an explanation of the charges involved. There is also a dental scheme, which I joined, to help with costs. The treatment I needed was a pain-free crown, which took only about an hour from start to finish.
The equipment in the surgery seemed more up-to-date than any I had seen before which was very re-assuring.

I started my visits to The Smile Gallery as a nervous (understatement) patient with crooked teeth that were poorly looked after and in need of a lot of work. The whole team at this practice are so genuinely friendly and reassuring that I decided to invest in the 6 month smile program which was worth every penny. Many years ago I knocked my front tooth, over time this tooth went grey and hated having pictures taken and generally felt self-conscious about my smile. I am a very nervous patient and although I go to the Dentist regularly, I put off any treatment that wasn’t necessary, I suffer from epilepsy as well and have gum problems.
Recently my tooth became very sensitive, and I couldn’t even touch it, the pain was so bad, finally, I had to face the problem. You explained that I needed root canal treatment and that you could sort out the colour of my teeth and whiten them.
At first very anxious, I had the treatment; then you explained to me how you were going to bleach my front tooth.
Yesterday, you completed my treatment, and the difference was amazing.
Thank you for helping me be less anxious and I honestly don’t dread the Dentist any more, you explained fully how each process would happen and never rushed an appointment

Most recently I have received treatment which included Root canal work and the fitting of a new crown. During each visit it was always explained what was going to happen and why, this was followed up at the end by a discussion. I first visited to enquire about invisalign to correct the gaps in my teeth which made me really self-conscious about my smile, after a course of invisalign and some bonding i now am so happy with my smile! Dr Aak has completely transformed my teeth and they look amazing and more!! The whole team look after you and are so friendly, would recommend a million percent
